These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Users of a website located on an Internet address with a domain www.cargotransporter.bg (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and its owner, which arise when visiting and using the Website, including access, rights, the obligations and responsibilities of the parties.
The website is owned by Cargo Transporter Ltd., entered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC: 202196610, with registered office and address of management: Sofia, 59 Kostenski Vodopad Str., 3rd floor, apartment 5.
I. Definitions of terms used in the text of the General Terms and Conditions
Website is a dedicated place in the global Internet network, accessible through its unified address (URL) via HTTP, HTTPS or other standardized protocol and containing files, programs, text, sound, picture, image or other materials and resources;
User is any individual who accesses and uses the Website and the services provided by Cargo Transporter Ltd. through the Website;
Malicious actions are actions or inactions that disrupt the normal functioning of the Website, gaining access to resources with foreign rights and passwords, using vulnerabilities in the systems for their own benefit or obtaining information, performing actions that may qualify as industrial espionage or sabotage, inducing the installation of viruses or remote control systems, disrupting the normal operation of other users of the Website, sending spam, or performing any actions that may be qualified as a crime or administrative violation under Bulgarian law or under the law of another country;

Cargo Transporter Ltd. takes care that the information on the Website is kept accurate and up-to-date, but does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the same and is not responsible in case of change of information.
Cargo Transporter Ltd. does not guarantee uninterrupted and completely reliable access to the Website, and is not responsible for the serviceability of the devices that provide access to the server on which the Website is located.
Cargo Transporter Ltd. does not assume any liability for losses or lost profits, including (without limitation) any direct or indirect damages, even if the company is expressly notified

X. Applicable law
Any dispute regarding the operation of these General Terms and Conditions for the use of the Website or with their violation, including disputes and disagreements regarding the validity, interpretation, termination, performance or non-performance of obligations of the parties, will be settled by the parties through direct negotiations.

In case of disagreement, the dispute will be referred to a competent court under the Code of Civil Procedure.
A decision by a competent court or an amendment to the law that makes any of the terms of these General Terms and Conditions for the use of the Website invalid, invalid or unenforceable will apply only to this condition and will not make any other condition invalid, invalid or unenforceable and all other conditions will remain in full force and effect as long as they are not significantly affected by the amendment.
The provisions of the Bulgarian legislation shall apply to all unsettled issues.
These General Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of their publication – 01.02.2020 and repeal all previous versions.
